Cancellation Policy

At Rando Guitar, we value the time & commitment of both our clients & our team. To ensure fairness & smooth scheduling, the following cancellation policy applies:

• Live Performances: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled performance will incur a 50% booking fee.

• Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice to avoid the booking fee.

• No-shows: Failure to attend a confirmed performance without notice will result in forfeiture of the full booking amount.

• Exceptions: In the event of unforeseen circumstances (e.g. illness, emergency, extreme weather), Rando Guitar will review each situation on a case-by-case basis.

By confirming a booking with Rando Guitar, you agree to the above terms.
